Well I was happy to be back up in Spokane and see all my friends again this year. I was bummed though that I slept through the Saturday night BBQ at the Freund estate. Anyway, here's a ton of pics from the event! See you up there again in 2011!

This car is 100% death proof. Only, to get the benefit of it, honey, you REALLY need to be sitting in my seat.

I think I may have contracted something at the Inland Emperors' drive-in/makeout party. Thanks Jeff.

went to goodguys in medina ohio 12 years ago....my baby boys face swelled up,eyes closed. drove my 34 5-window [471 w/ siddraft webers] through several red lights, over tree lawns around traffic to hospital. cop was chasing me the entire way. found out kid was not bee stung airway closing. had a alergic reaction to neosporin was OK.

Cop and I shook hands [ relieved] he filled out report. He found out after running my D.L. warrant out two towns over , cuffed me and drove me to jail !!!

thanks for the Pics Kirk, bringing back that memory [ smile]

"sorry about the clearly racist nazi car"

the paint scheme there is to emulate an "allied" bomber - the bomb graphics would indicate the number of bombing missions and the ********s indicate downed German planes.
So whats 'clearly racist'? just another programmed kneejerk reaction...

I love this car! I saw it on eBay, probably about year ago now. Not sure if it ever sold. Beautiful car. Austin Healey 100 with what was supposedly a 'vette engine. All of the body lines were filled, bumpers and parking lights were shaved, ton of other work if I remember correctly. Considering the prices Austin Healey's are getting, and all the work it had done, it was priced pretty well. Healey's usually do much better on the market as stockers, the modified versions often go for less than a correct resto. Was still a long way out of my budget though!

Makes me want to get mine back on the road. '56 100-4, modified to 100-M specs and beyond. Was originally going to be a vintage racer, the ch***is is stiffened, whole car is lowered on shorter, stiffer springs and the shocks are all modified, has custom sway bars front and rear (front is 1-1/4" diameter). The last time it ran I had the 4 banger up to ~150 hp (from 90 stock). Currently working on a partial resto, paint and bodywork.
