I've seen this car tucked behind a shed on my way to a friends place for the last few weeks. Any idea what it is?

It looks like a Morgan to me

EDIT: oops, nevermind, the fenders run too high on the front...

Is that a split windshield or just a reflection?

It is a TR3 with a factory hardtop - seems to be missing part or all of the rear fender.

Here's one that's NOT hard to identify.

By the way, that hard top is something that is hard to come by anymore! I would love to find one of those when the money and opportunity arrose!

It is a Triumph. Good cars, decent engine, dual single barrel carbs. (I used to restore british sport cars). I am surprised that it isnt rusted all to hell. Most of the time when you find those they look like they have been sitting in 3 feet of saltwater. One thing about those smaller cars is that you will always have people look at them in awe since they aren't as popular as American Iron and are harder and harder to find.

My understanding is TR2s have lower door sides and the hard tops were not zvzilzble until TR3. Dont quote me on that though! The best way to tell I do know is the grill. If its most of the way across, it is a TR3. If its very small then its a TR2

impossible to tell whether it's a 2 or 3 without seeing the grill or a shot of the door without the side curtains.
