Triumph motorcycle "cone" brake hub.

 

Thats the hub Phil but it's actually a front hub. Some racers flipped them and used them in the rear as depicted in that photo.

 

I was headed towards a cycle brake/hub, but the insides really had me thinking Italian or French -- the flat spokes reminded me of a Bugatti race wheel. Don't know if I'd ever have gotten around to Harley!
