how could that look good in anyones eyes? i sure hope it ends up in a yard one day for someone to save and bring back to life. this guy is a true car murder. He reminds me of those people who dress up their dogs thinking they look good

His dad did the fins on a 66 Mustang! It appears bad taste runs in the family!

 

I was trying to picture that in my head and wishing I hadn't, the other details kind of faded out after that....

Real mixed feelings about this. I don't like the fins the guy made for the car, but I keep wondering how it'd look with some Studebaker Hawk fins molded in. And he obviously loves the hell out of that thing, and will never sell it, so I can't say he truly ruined it...he's the only one it has to please.

 

What a waste of a nice car. That dude should use proper breathing protection when working on his cars. Fumes will fuck you up.....here's proof.

 

I admire anyone is willing to pursue their vision no matter what others may think. I say kudo's for doing your own thing. That is what it is all about.

As a genuine comment, all I can say is that to him it's a Duesenberg roadster. The vision required to develop a great custom (kustom) is a gift that we sometimes take for granted when we see something that moves us. Sadly this will move many in ways unexpected.

 

I just emailed the guy. He just got himself a steel 3 window body and a 51 Merc convert to do next.
