Hello, I have a new project. A 1960 Rambler American with a 196 ci flathead 6 in it. The plugs seem to foul very fast and I am wondering why? Also, do you have any suggestions on how to get more power out of this motor than the 90 hp that is stock? Thanks.

  2. Look into a Pertronix electronic ignition kit for the fouling. More power? The usual, free up the exhaust, cool air to carb, lower rear end gears (quicker acceleration feels like more power). You can always swap in your favorite V-8....
