HAMB Reputation???

I noticed a little icon in the lower left corner below peoples name/location info...next to the 'report a bad post' icon....

It say's HAMB reputation, when clicked on it gives you a couple of options to click & a comment area...anyone else seen it? Know what its about? Is it similar to the star rating for threads?
