Yeah Deuces, i was thinking the samething, might run a little lean with the 2" risers. Its about trial and error, i suppose.

  7. I'm running short 1/2" fiber spacers offy with 3 rochester 2GV carbs. Center carb. with .059" drilled out jets. End carbs are running .508" jets. Spacers are to prevent heat related issues. Anyone got any tri-power tuning tips for SBC?

I haven't fired the engine as yet,got one more show to go to this week with the HOT ROD and plan on changing motor's. Should not have any problem's with it. ****ster 27 put the tri power together with the 1" riser's. Sent **** all the cam specs, and detail's of the engine. He jetted the engine accordingly. He has been doing multi carb setup's for quite a while. Also got some quality riser's from dashman herw on the H.A.M.B............PINCHER

i used two inch spacers on my tri power setup, it fixed my boilover on the end carbs! it used to boil the gas over when the engine was shut down, fixed!

Sorry about the distraction in the pic, but I dont have a close up of the engine alone.
I made these spacers for my 4 rochesters, and if I remember right they are 4"s tall. They were made for looks (raises the air cleaners to the rad. support rods), but the engine does run great!
The material was 6" dia carbon bar stock, whittled down on a CNC mill /lathe combo then hand ground and sand blasted to look like castings.
    Not billet, Built-it.

Just remember if you don't see what you are looking for just ask. We make custom risers all the time just like the ones for John's tunnel ram on his G***er.

That's some nice CNC work done on those TR extensions... :) Did you also blend in the ports entrance on the upper an' lower halves???

The ports on the 1912 Weiand are the same between the two halves, it's pretty much a straight runner. I'm curious how John's 1/4 mile times are going to be, he knows that G***er like it's a part of his own body. John's owned it since 1967 I believe and has heavily modified it repeatedly. Keep us informed John!

Hey guys, Can any of you guys tell me who is selling either 1/2 inch or 1 inch spacers spacers for my edelbrock setup. I was looking for a set when I put my intake on and ended up with a water outlet clearance problem, and ende up using a street and perfomance tune port outlet that had to machine down to fit and an extra gasket under the front carb and just don't like the way it looks and have been having fuel and cooling problems, Thanks .....Rich
