the horn ****on. Or is it the token above the dash? Damn. I just confused myself. Or do you mean the AC?
Here's another version. Outlining the scallops in "pinstriping" is very tedious in Photoshop, so I made them in a few different colors (some which stand out better than others in this photo- but may work better in reality). If you like some colors more than others, I'll stripe the rear scallop in those colors. With the rear scallop, make it longer on the top and shorter on the bottom. With the skirts I want to see what it looks like stopped short on the rear just before the skirt. And on the front one, have it just split into 2 and do it pretty close to the rear. I think I will take a few more shots today. Having the roof scalloped to reflect the rest of the car might look alright.
Skoh, you have the patience of Job! That's some pretty tedious stuff. Looks great! Chopt how'd your bumper turn out?
Page 9. About half way down maybe. I am still deciding if I like it or not. I do plan on rounding it off and bringing it closer to the car so it has a tighter fit.
I'm not trying to horn in on your action Skoh, but wanted to try my hand at scallops. Never done them before and not even sure how they are supposed to go, but what the hell, heres a shot.
I actually drew three parallel lines on a blank screen, then used either "skew" or "distort" to taper, then messed around with the effects a bit. I gotta try to remember, 'cause I was experimenting. Now I gotta figure out just what I did! lol Will keep you posted.
maybe. I am unsure about the scallops. To many of them maybe? I dunno yet. I have a bit before I can even afford the paint anyway.
Just figured it out. Go to "window", then "effects", then "drop shadows" Lotta different versions. And I think I shaded the inner areas a bit. I actually did this awhile back and saved it, but this is the first application. Chopt if you have any ideas for adjustments etc, I'm sure that between Skoh and myself, we can sure muddy the picture.
Awesome kustom. Very nice body mods. Are you keeping the Y-block after the rear-main incident? You'll be fightin' the good fight if you do.
