To show customary respect of using the HAMB, I see my return has pushed me past my third 500-post point...sooo...

I offer for your bidding pleasure and site support, One PAIR of Guide Headlights. These were pulled by my own two hands from a 1947 MACK EQU swingboom wrecker.

BE AWARE --- These are NOT bolt up & run, repairs required...***

They both show expected weathering from 50yrs of exposure.
One is in Solid (surface rust and patina) condition and is complete to the light's trim ring. There is Only that one ring. It also has one minor ding on the bucket. The other lamp bucket has rust around a 1.5"x4" indentation on the lower right side(1" above mounting plate) and has other dents and dings on it. It's totally fixable! The dents should hammer out nicely, and I've successfully JB Welded similar rust damage to this gauge metal before with success. As anyone who's tried will ***ure, actual welding on these lamps is Very tricky! That one is also missing the lamp's trim ring, although the lamp IS intact. Both Marker Lamps are intact, gl*** is good and there's No seperation of the marker teardrops visible from the main housings.

If I remember right, Standard shipping procedure is continental US, right? I don't wish to put out NC or foreign bidders though & so make offer for such a winning bid being made -- give Ryan any additional price difference in shipping from furthest US destination and I'll pick up the actual shipping on That too, since the money would further help with site maintenance. That's our Goal, right?!! Standard conditions apply. Paying Ryan in full Gets the Stuff comin yer way!!!

This AUCTION will RUN until 12:00 NOON on Sat Feb 12th.....

    Bid High, Bid Often !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just so you don't get to comfortable with that bid...$22. After all, just the blinkers are worth that.

I will shoot some pics, concentrating on the damage, since that's the sticker. I'll have to email them to someone for size edit & posting tho. Look for them in a day or two. I'm not tryin to shuffle some trash on anybody here tho. I honestly believe the bucket can be used, but won't be by me anytime in the foreseeable future.

Still working on getting them into friends computer her in the first place... sorry to delay.

Can't even get the HAMB to recognize me and allow posts, even though it says "Logged In"(?) so Maybe this time I'll get to post this...

You are bidding on a pair of buckets with "expected weathering", "Not in Bolt-Up condition"

Maybe I can be more graphic about that in leiu of pics that may or maynot be forthecoming. Some rust, dent's and dings to one, loss of reflector silvering below the filaments, frayed cloth wrap wiring, expectant replacement of marker lamp sockets, one's missing the trim ring. It's a good do-it-yourself project!

If I'm in some way misrepresenting these PM me and I'll do what I can to make good.

It is with more more than just regret that I must PULL THIS AUCTION.

This morning in an effort to provide a better quality of offering I attempted to repair the damaged bucket personally with catastrophic failure. Low power sand blasting at a seemingly safe distance to the bucket, but still close enough to clean the rust damage quickly progressed beyond minor swiss cheesing of an area, to metal elimination resembling lace over a significant portion of the lower half of the bucket.

I'm offering the items, for their certainly usable teardrops and accompanying gl*** lenses first to fireball 500, free of charge. If he's not interested I'll progress down the list of bidders should anyone be interested in these for their parts.

I'll take care of Ryan too, though I'd rather not discuss the compensation for my stoppage of this auction publicly.

Once again, Please MAKE NO MORE BIDS...
I offer regrets for the inconvenience...
