Finally, a word of remembrance for a friend and corner stone of the auction. We never saw each other or spoke but for this one day every year. Spending just a few minutes talking and catching up was one of the things I looked forward to. He was a member on the HAMB, rarely if ever posted, but an important piece of my little gig at Mo-Kan. You are missed. RIP Wayne Mutert

I'd like to second Ryno's sediments. Thanks so much for sucessfully pulling the auction off each year. I'd also like to thank Guiseart for making tthe killer hand etched granite coasters. I knew as soon as I saw them I had to have them and bid till I did! I love them! They will be proudly display on my tire cocktail table and will get used. Thanks again to all involved.

Bill, all we have to do is sling a little paint, scribble a few lines, or drag some old iron out of the back yard. Your the man who sacrifices his time to organize this whole thing and then forgoes the oporttunity to actually SEE the Drags because your standing under a popup taking bids all day.

Huge thanks for all you do to support this community of gearheads.

    An honor to be included.

  5. Bill...We were going to see all the vendors and the auction during a moment of slack in the action due to an oil down....started toward the pop-ups and immediately got sidetracked with old friends and cool cars in the staging lanes...never got over to see the auction and I'm kicking myself....thank you for your hard work.

Thank you for all of the effort you put forth. I guess I am going to have a COOL helmet collection in a few more years.

And thank you for letting die for a few minutes in the shade. I thought I was going to blackout.

  12. I appreciate all the kind words. See you all next year.
