There's a reason the neighbors don't talk about the owner. They're scared of him. Seem he carries a shotgun and has a real nasty at***ude. Maybe I'll call first......
Shotguns are just for varments. You're not a varment are you? You should be able to look up the deed on line.
Yeah, and I'll bet Bob is 80 something, using a walker, coughing up brown stuff and wearing an oxygen mask. He doesn't want to sell, he's going to restore them, they belonged to his dad. That or he'll mistake the iron oxide for gold and want a $1000+ a piece for them, because "They don't make them any more."
