I'm almost 4 years cancer-free & humor (along w/ the love & support of friends & family) got me through the "rough" times.

    Besides, I haven't heard it......

Do gl*** (I'm ***uming) eyes move w/ the other eye? I swear I've seen them move before. Just curious.....sorry to hi-jack.

    Keep your head up!!

That is good news. And you have a great at***ude.

I think with cancer your at***ude has as much to do with recovery as anything.

[If you are 50, GET A COLONOSCOPY!!!!

X10 on this one. I had my first at 67 and had surgery 3 months ago. Stage 2a but I guess it could have been much worse. But if I had been checked years earlier it would have been no big deal.

Great job on you and your docs kickin cancer's ***!

That said, if I were to ever have to get a gl*** eye I'd have to get one with bombadiers sights on it....

Now that would be cool.....at the very least get one thats a different color than your other eye and accentuate the obvious, be cool to pull folks chains anyway.

Just had a call from my Doctor and they found out it has spread to my kidney.

    This was after my ultrasound.

Not great news but my family is by my side.

I have just been feeling so down as of late since the Hamb member who is doing the resto on my 38 ford 1/2 ton is now not wanting to finish the job and the truck is still in pieces down in PA. It has been there since July 2009. Some times you just trust people and now he threatens to put a Mechanics Lien on my truck.

    Anyway

I am going to Cuba September 24th for my 50th Birthday which is September 28.

We will be working on finishing up my Friend Jose's 55 Chevy.

Prayers for you Jeff. Sorry I'm not closer and I don't have many on-topic friends here. I'd love to be able to help out with my novice elbow grease!

Keep your head up Jeff. I've walked in your shoes...everything from the fight with cancer to frustrations keeping your project moving forward during your fight with cancer.
I'm 2 1/2 years cancer free and finally putting plates on my truck this week. You can be there too - just take it one day at a time and believe in yourself...you can do this! I'll say a prayer for you,

I wish I was rich, I would go get your truck and finish it, anyway, why is this guy going to put a lien on the truck, isn't it already paid for?

Prayers for your illness, miracles happen.

Glad to hear about the truck, and the eye went well. I've survived stage 4 brain cancer, no prostetics for brains yet!
Prayers to ya for the kidney, is it just in one? Cancer sure is scary ****!

Hello To all the Great Forum Members

Just a 6 month Update. Spent the day at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto (Cancer Hospital) and after my Cat Scan and 2 Ultra Sounds I am Cancer Free still, It has not spread to the Liver.

I have a new Prostetic eye that looks fantastic and I have a Job interview finally after being out of work for over 15 months.

Thanks for all your Kind Words.
