shit those two have been at a ton of shows this summer! Jake Moomeys '54 Chevy is one of my favorite cars everything about it is perfect and he drives the shit out of it which makes it that much cooler

was looking online for some tattoo ideas and saw this...somebody got Jakes car tattoo'd on their leg

 

That almost looks too good to be a tatoo. I'd guess airbrush? I just can't figure out why someone would get a tatoo like that. Don't get me wrong, I love the car, but that just looks weird. 'coarse I'm not into tatoos as much as the next guy.

 

How do you stand out at a Good Guys event?..roll in, in this set up. Eye candy.

Hey thanks for all the comments on the cars this is the first I have seen this post. A buddy of mine told me about it because of the the tattoo.To try to answer some of the questions.-

- The model A belongs to my friend Dorr Johnson it was built by another friend of mine at gas axe garage. Look for a feature on it in the new World of rods mag this month.

-The reason we hauled it columbus was we wanted to see how it would pull. We were planning on towing to Salina Kanas. It went well both to Columbus and Salina.

-Yes Gene Winfield did drive the 54 in the race against the model A and yes we got beat but we had the air on. and it was hot

-The wheels and bumpers are both done with cosmic chrome. they were sprayed by jason at essex auto body

- I have no idea who that is with the tattoo?

 

Any information on the trailer?

 

sorry the trailer was built by Dorr not sure if he has plans I think he copied one that he bought back in the 70's and he did repaint it to match. It only weights 500 pounds and pulls great.I might be able to get some better pics of it.
