I know alot of HAMBers such as myself grew up watching Happy Days in the 70s, and there's been more than a few mentions of Potsie's hot rod pickup on the board here in the past, so, for what it's worth...the cast is getting together for a reunion special tonight on ABC!

(I wonder if Cathy Silvers is still a hottie?:D  )

    AAAAAYYYYY!!!!!!!

NO, but of course he asked him if he got plenty of women back when the show first took off.

Grew up with it in the 70's umm bro happy days was shot in the 50's. haha

Anyway my biggest dissapointment was when i found out that Henry Winkler(the Fonz)sp? could not ride a bike when they casted him, so they figured they would teach him. They tried teaching him and he could not figure it out!!! So when ever you see him riding his bike it is on a skid with wheels on it and they are pulling him with ropes. Aint that a **** kicker.

I wonder if they're going to come out with the shows on dvd. That would be great. I've only seen reruns but I'd love to see the whole thing.

And yea, Henry Winkler(the Fonz) was way cooler on the show than he ever was in real life.

Oh yeah...Cathy Silvers (Jenny Piccolo) is STILL a hottie...just didn't get enough camera time in the reunion special!

Oh well, it was still cool to watch, anyway!

when i was lil(born in 73) i always wondered why my dad DIDNT hang up his TOOLS on the pegboard with outlines around them like fonzie did,,,,i always thought that was so cool untill i got my own first set of tools and realized how GAY that was,,hahha

They showed old clips of Suzi Quattro (Leather Tuscadaro) last night, but she wasn't there for the reunion. She was a big hit on the show around here (Detroit) when I was growing up in the 70s because she was a local gal...a singer from the Detroit area who landed a role on HAPPY DAYS!

Suzi sang a duet with an English pop singer named Chris Norman back in the 70s called "Stumblin In"...still one of my favorite tunes. Took a while, but I finally got a copy on a mixed CD and a 70s mix tape.

Also, for local Detroit flavor, the show "Mork & Mindy" was a spin-off from Happy Days (where the character of Mork was first introduced, even though Happy Days took place in Milwaukee and Mork & Mindy was set in Colorado). Pam Dawber, who played Mindy, is from my area as well. My old boss at the clock shop went to high school with her, and brought in his old year book. She looked exactly the same in her senior photo as she did on the TV show!

The reunion was a bit corny, maybe...but nice...fun to watch! :)

I used to like the show till I found out in the first show Fonz rode a Knuckle, he could'nt hold it up so the switched to a small Triumph, The final blow was the Triumph never ran with him on it, a couple of time the pushed the bike with him on it but iwas never running, But Hey the Fonz was cool, and if it's on during a time I stop putting up rock in the dinning room tonight I probably watch it too.

The two best parts of the show were when they acknowledged the Jumping the Shark phenomena and when they owned up to the Mystery of the Chucks. And then at the end they made the Chucks push the cake out on stage. How demeaning. The Chucks are to Happy Days as Pete Best is to the Beatles.

Did they even mention Pinkie Tuscadero? Maybe i missed that part.
Wonder why they never brought in the older brother for an occasional
    quick appearance?
Then Mrs. C saying at the end there how she had raised (two) wonderful children

The BEST ones were the very first shows with the older brother Chuck... when I was a kid I remember my mom cracking up at him... I didn't get it... till I grew up and saw them again... he was funny.

  29. It is him!

Greg (Fat Hack), The other star of Mork and Mindy was born in the same hospital as I was, (Cottage Hospital, Grosse Pointe) his dad was a Ford exec.

    Which explains alot...:D
