Camera broke so no pics but I found a Lark 4 door wagon. It is a straight, solid car but all the gl*** is broke and the engine seems stuck. It is a V8 overdrive TT car. I don't know squat about Studebaker values and don't need the car. It's about 100 miles out and I need to get back there for an A bed, just wondering if that Stude or the parts are salable. All I know is that it's probably a BW ****** with R-10 overdrive.
    Thanks

Cool little wagons but I'd think in that condition it isn't worth much. A couple, few hundred bucks.

Check the cost of the replacement gl*** before making any offer- unless
you really want the trans and overdrive. Jim

  5. The wagon with the sliding rear roof section is an interesting car.

did you go back for the wagon?

  7. I'm not a Lark guy but a V-8 lark may be worth something. The grills used to be of value to the custom crowd.

The quarter windows if I recall wrap around the back and may be hard to come by. A windshield is worth about 250.00 and the rest of the gl*** is flat.

If I could get it cheap and it wasn't going to cause my lights or water shut off I'd snag it. The V-8 is worth something to the rodding crowd and they were just pretty good grocery getters. Might make a pretty neat dragster with an allison V-16 in the back.

I could probably use some parts as well here pretty soon!

  9. TT is Twin Traction - Studebaker's positraction. Those are desireable. The gauge clusters are kinda cool. Windshield wiper motors, heaters, wheels, hubcaps, and straight sheet metal etc. are saleable. There's a couple of free Studebaker Parts Swap websites out there to unload the pieces.
