51' needs paint

Getting ready for for paint but we have to many ideas. Could someone photoshop some color. Interior is Cardinal red. We have been thing Ice blue, White, Black. We are open to other ideas also. Thanks for your time in advance

 

did you build the car? Either way it looks nice

 

Match the paint to the red of the interior. Make the whole car red and chrome, except for the whitewalls.

Thanks. I bought the car a while back from Unionvillehaunt. Chop was already done. Did a lot of work to make it mine. Still a long ways to go.

Lot more PSer's will see it, that red interior is really going to limit your choices though.

I posted there and had one response. I know it was the holiday here in the States. I posted on the message board hoping to get some more attention.

So many Mercs in black. Not that I'm against it just looking for something different. Now you see my dilemma

 

honestly i dont see all that many black mercs, no more than any other color, unless your including flat black.. i say shiney black the way god wants it!!

I like the white, I also like lime gold, bronze, maroon.

I passed on bright red.

 

One more .....Black.
The red interior limits your choice's a bit. Personally I like the white....maybe more creamy white rather than a bright white.

I'm terrible with color changes. Google electron blue. It would look amazing on that car with the red interior

 

Electron Blue is certainly nice. We were also considering a Porshe Ice Blue or the blue that (H.A.M.B) Hilly4008 did on his truck. I know it was done with rust paint but it sure is pretty. Thanks for all the comments

Dude, you got red interior. The ice blue wont look good. What about silver? That would look good with red interior.

 

Damn I love the look of that car! Love our new house, so getting rid of the ol gal was for a good cause at least! I think the white looks great with the red interior tho, I'm planning of kinda cloning that car in gloss black, there's also a very close Merc here that belongs to my friend Ryan (same chop and tail lights) that's going to be an eggplant color. We should paint em all black and park together! Looks great Rusty! Glad she ended up with you guys.

 

Thanks Chris. Hey Chevyshack I saw a Merc. with silver front ending with flames. Gotta say it did look good and would also look great with red interior. Wasn't the Merc in the movie Cobra silver? Maybe I should do a poll. I'll never be able to decide

I agree with chevyshack silver would look cool

 

white is nice, but a pain to keep clean and will show every scratch. how about a medium silver with red interior.

 

Blue and red is SUPERMANish. Unless you go with an extremely dark blue, I think white or silver.

 

The white works for me..with a reasonable (not over the top) multi-colored pinstripping, using three colors, red, silver, and black.

 

My family are beginning to agree. Even though Black is a good color we are leaning towards White or Silver. Hadn't given any thought to pinstripes with the White. Keep the ideas coming
