Had my 54 in the drive while I cleaned and moved my 32 frame around and body on the cart around today when the phone rang and it was the ctiy teling me we were under a tornado warning, so i had to scramble to get bike abd cars back in garage

  5. We got between 12-15 inches of rain depending on what part of the city we're talking about. Some flash flooding and one person was drowned trying to cross a low-water crossing in an SUV. All in all this city has been lucky this time around. We still have almost two full months of hurricane season however so we'll probably get more rain.

Was working in the garage with the door open....sirens came on and it started raining harder. Just kept working....nothing happened. Heard it was a lot worse in other places.

  8. Got some sideways rain but we're good in downtown (Hyde Park).

    Thanks for asking...

The old roof on our house gave up the ghost and we now have water and sheetrock down in 3 rooms..........shop floor was partly covered with water due to so much runoff...parking looked like a lake and the "yard" between the shop and the house was under a foot of water.............

Tornado sirens going off all over...........saw nothing but a big black cloud going by...dodged a big bullet. Have not checked out at the marina...maybe, just maybe it sank that fuckin' boat............anyone want a 21.5 Chris Craft cheap...lol

We watched it go by from my shop and hit Seagoville. Helicopters were all over it. Way too close for me!

Sorry to say we still have people that will drive around barricades and lose their lives..its an evolutionary process I guess..

No T-nados here but a small one went through Colbert oklahoma i heard (just up the highway few miles ) and tore up sum stuff. The rain on the other hand was bad .I live near a creek and it nearly went over its banks yesterday. My mom called me and asked if i was concerned about it flooding in my neighbor hood like it did in 2007 .My response was "NO" . "As long as no one gets hurt my insurance is paid up.I dont worry about things i have no control over.Theres enough things that i have control over to worry about ".Thanks for checking on us though :) ...

Just set down at the Mexican resturant in Richardson and the tornado siren went off...told them to hurry with the margarita..senor...my wife was a little freaked out. But I new it was heading for Mark at TexasThunder in Frisco...so I wasn't worried...:)
Good luck on the boat sinking.

Interesting watching the radar all day at my house. We're 25 miles west of Fredericksburg and at one point, we were just at the western edge of the "eye". Then the system moved slowly toward Dallas.

Pretty wild, my brother left the shop and headed home at 5:00. He got off the dart train at the City Place tower on 75 with the alarms going off. When he got up top on street level he was looking down the barrel of the tornado on Mockingbird. His apartment is just around the corner from there...
