I posted that yesterday and it got deleted for being Off Topic - WTF!

  8. I didn't know that. But, I've seen lesser interesting things here. I think it's a cool vid. But, man I can pick it apart. Fuel tank/lines, driveshaft/steering hookups, wiring, no water or fasteners on radiator, battery/cables, clutch/throttle linkage & pedals. Anyway, off topic? I didn't think so.. I'd pay $100 to see that up close a couple times.

I didn't think it was off topic either, and had the same observations, but it's still pretty cool what they do, even if it isn't a complete and running vehicle before or after - they still drive it, do the deal and drive away.
    I LIKE IT!

  10. There should be a place on here to post interesting o/t auto related subjects. Cool video by the way.

  11. I will keep it on topic. That would be a cool thing for a car club to to with a T roadster! Or a roadster and a coupe, you could Chinese fire drill and swap the bodies, wheels and engines at each stop. One stockish and one gowjob.

    Anyone?

I'd like to see them do that with a non-rigged Jeep.

Not exactly the same. It took more Thunderbolts (and friends) to ***emble this one in a parking lot. And it wasn't quite as dis***embled as the army one. But I bet that jeep doesn't run 9's after they put it together!

Premature laundrification can seriously effect performance.

the local model T club does just about that at one of the "restorer" shows, it's pretty cool, and the Thunderbolts thing was pretty awesome, I remember the year it was pouring rain...

  19. Yeah, just prior to the Tbolts doing their thing Goldmember got zapped holding onto our EZ Up!

I just remember how surreal it was that I was standing in the rain while guys I barely knew were cooking me free brauts and other guys I barely knew were unloading their race car out of different pickup beds and putting it together right there in the rainy parking lot.

    Viva La HAMB Drags!

The gaps between the Jeep's hood and fenders were WAY off... really shoddy work...

Interesting, I was wondering where the coolant was when the radiator was pulled.

  24. Way cool and more realistic, but being an army man I still dig the Original one.
