Does this drivetrain qualify as HOT ROD? Chevy 350 motor w/ chrysler 727 and '63 pontiac tempest <NBR />transaxle. Two guys from Albany N.Y.cooked this up. The drivetrain sits in the back of my car . It reminds me of the Detomaso Pantera drivetrain. A Ford 351 cleveland with a ZF transmission from germany, but mine is all american.
Got an old Corvair??? Looks like that would be a good replacement for the flat 6. Would be fun in a Porsche 356 too, but that would defiantly piss off the purists.
This is stuffed into the rear of a 57 ford ******(english) Check out the old school wheelie bars ,truck springs with casters
another chevy 350 motor w/ chrysler 727 and '63 pontiac tempest <nbr>transaxle thread!? how many of these are we going to have!?!? looks like fun ... </nbr>
Hmmm??? Henway used that *exact same* set-up on their ill-fated '64 through '66 'Parte Brutta di Merda' sports sedans, town cars and limousines....but they used a unique and deliberately complex, Henway-built, quad-compound-turbo'd, sleeve-valve, twin crank, opposed-eight instead of a mere 'belly-****on' small block Chevy!
