Hey gang, I need a flywheel for my 300 6 cylinder, are there any other Ford motor flywheels that might work? Thanks

I always thought all the SBF stuff fit on the back of a 300-6, bellhousing as well as flywheel? Maybe I'm wrong here, but would like to find out as well.

  3. Don't use a SBF flywheel, they are weighted.

  4. Why not get another 300/6 one?

240 is same, but uses 1/2"smaller clutch. I used to swap out as clutch job was always Sat. when machine shop closed. I should have one or both (went AOD) in shop if you want to PM me name and address and pay shipping.

Vatozone - $42.99 - Part number FRA-210 - Special Order for 1995 Ford F150 1/2 ton, automatic transmission behind a 300/6. I looked up a flex plate for an '86 model with the AOD and it's the same part number, same flex plate.

Take this part number with you to the store, it took longer than 30 seconds to find it on the autozone website.
