Pigeon Forge fall rod run, Whos going.

I would just like to know if any other will be at this years grand rod run. I will be there and would maybe like to say hey to some fellow HAMBers. My car is still not done but i will be there strolling around looking and taking some pics with a few friends.

 

They just finished fixing the damage from the rock slide on 129. A run threw the Dragons tail would be a blast. Wish I could make it.

 

When is the rod run? Details?

 

this weekend coming, sept. 17-19.

 

I'll be there, but not in anything Hamb approved. Got rid of my Model a so I'll be in the Mini truck lookin for trades.

HRP, Yeah i just look at your post. I hope there are some nice rides this weekend, i would have liked to have went last week but couldnt.

 

Went last weekend, cars lined up and down the strip, sure it will be the same this weekend.

 

is this mostly the muscle car/prostreet set? got friday off work unexpectantly,thinking about going back.

 

But different.

In recent years it seems to be mostly jacked up, compensating for something, soot belching 4X4 ego haulers with a few muscle cars and mini trucks thrown in for flavor. I'll be going again this year but only because I can't drive out to Lebanon for the Redneck Rumble. Some family issues require that I stay closer to home for a while.

 

well i'm trying to decide between the rumble and the forge.2 hours vs 5 hours away.
