Maybe it's just my anti-virus program but it's going nuts when I log onto the Coker Tire website.
    Anybody else have trouble?

I just tried, I got in, but Norton said a recent attempt to attack your computer was just
blocked I don't know if it was a coincidence, but I was able to navigate the site

Ditto. Two years with imac and never a problem. No problems or warnings with Coker site.

it set off my Norton too, said it blocked an intrusion attempt. Looking at the Norton history, it states it is a high risk Nukesploit

    whatever that is.......

I just poked around the site for five minutes and checked my internet security system and no problems showed. It did show issues with a weather download earlier today that it handled.

I run on Firefox about 98% of the time and use Kaspersky internet security 2010 which I am pretty happy with.

I had the same thing happen when I was on their website a few days ago. I didn't think anything of it until now. I was able to navigate through the site though.

I don't know what's worse... Viruses or the software that you guys actually think protects you from them.

I'm not sure what you're sayin' but I think the virus protection people create the visuses - JOB SECURITY.

Most of the big name "Virus Protection" out there has a lot of bells and whistles, popups to warn you. Most of the time it's false positives or alerting to something that's no big deal. They do this so you think you got something for your money and spend some again to renew it.

I've used AVG by Grisoft for years. Not a single problem. It has alerted me twice. Both times I introduced a virus on purpose to test it.
