So after sitting for a few months I began working in my 1950 Buick grille. I turned on some tunes, got out tools, cracked a beverage, and discovered that I have the wrong mustache! Damn it! So now I have a similar vintage mustache but not one that will work for this car. Anyone out there in HAMBville have an idea where a fella could find a 1950 Buick mustache???

I think it will make a difference whether your car is a Special or a Super. They won't be interchangeable.

    Greetings

Do you still have the mustache for a 51 Roadmaster ? If so how much are you asking ?
My 51 has the same original paint color as yer '50 > Also I need a cigarette lighter knob plus the plastic front Buick emblem and a hood ornament

    Thanks

    Greetings

    1951 Buick Roadmaster 4DR 72R

My '51 mustache bar [cracked in half] has Buick Eight 'Scripted/Cursive' lettering

Besides the Trim/Body parts I listed in my previous reply post
1] Buick Hood Emblem [plastic] VG condition
    2] Cigarette Lighter Knob
    3] Hood Ornament

I also need one DYNAFLOW 'Scripted/Cursive' Letters Trim piece > I do not know if it makes a difference but it is for the Left Rear

I also need some 'ss' molding trim clips [holds molding onto body]

I have lot's of project vehicles [different makes/models] so I get confused on which Forums I've posted messages plus email 'Back and Forth Tag' DRIVES ME CRAZY !!! > Being Old Fashioned [easier] I prefer the Telephone plus I type way.... slow and my wrists can go numb >
So If You All could call instead > I'de really appreciate it

If email is the only way > If you could send me your phone number that would be okay also [I am on an unlimited long distance call plan] > My email is awakingdream@sbclobal.net

I reside in Oakland CA > My telephone number is

    [510] 452-1352 > 8am-10pm [PST]

    Thanks

I have two Moustache's that are for I think a 1952 Buick. I thought they would fit my 1951 Buick Special Standard Shift but just discovered today that they are two inches too long. Measuring them from mount hole to mount hole they measure to be 38 1/2 inches wide. I need a moustache that is 36 1/2 inches wide.

    Super/Special should interchange. Roadmaster won't.

Question. Why do FNG's, after lurking for God knows how long, use their first post on something many years old? I can't even FIND the archives!
