Kiwitel, your wagon looks like a cross between a 32 and a 33. That cowl and door definitely look 33. Kind of a nice combo though.:D

    Keep V-8ing and 4-banging!

Kent Bash here from Rod & Kulture magazine. I am working on an article about woodies. I would really like to include a photo of your project woody roadster, if you would be interested.

You can contact me at: kentbash@earthlink.net

Woodyford, If your wood work is any indication of the level of your work, then this car is going to be gorgeous!:D

I own two woodies. One is a '29 Model A Huckster with Pinto power, yellow w/ black fenders sitting on chrome seelies with black wall Firestones. The other ia a '47 Ford Deluxe, stock drivetrain, monsoon maroon, chrome steelies with Firestone white walls, sat on a nice rake.

Sorry, I am unable to post any pictures.

All of those photos of the Alexander collection were taken by me in 2009.
Talk about weird, I still get them emailed to me. The last one was from a guy in Japan saying ..."hey, check out these woodies".
The internet...what a crazy world to be able to share so much, so quickly.
I'm pleased that so many people are enjoying my photos all over the world...it makes it all worthwhile. It really is exciting to see how quickly it travels. :)

I would like to get in contact Jeff Peterson, eventually he knows about the origins of my car, witch was built by a member of slo poks.

  14. Working on a '51 Chevy Tin Woody. 350, 700R4, disk brakes, Camaro sub frame, dropped spindles (all of the normal stuff). :) Trying to learn how to do the faux wood myself since it's so expensive for someone else to do.

I am working on a ground up 47 Chevy wagon. Sub frame just about done, metal work being as we speak.
