I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone that showed up this year. The weather was great with just enough clouds to keep the sun at bay which kept the temps nice and comfortable. Saw lots of new rides this year including Pat Pryors hand built model A, congrats dude on completing a real cool ride, hats off to you!

We had a great swap meet with lots of period parts, thanks to Billy Belmont, Roy Eidam, Russ Schealer, Rick Hamilton and the rest of the vendors for setting up.

The layout of the Am-vets Post 79 really works in our favor because over the years we have been trying to keep the show really traditional.....but it's been kinda hard because folks don't really like being turned away..........But this place has three different lots which allows us to maintain a good size traditional area while still having plenty of room for other cars, it really is a win win situation.

Basically I just wanted to say thanks for coming folks!

FYI, next year is our 10 year anniversary and we will be doing something special, so stay tuned and visit our facebook page and the HAMB for details.

Greco left the Hotel parking lot this morning after the traditional Sin Alley Saints after party that starts at 8 am and goes until they run out of beer. He was still shifting through all three gears, so in a way yes.

Also like Pete said Thanks to all that came and made the show a success and especially to everyone that stayed into the night and helped us keep the local Guinness distributor in business!

Greco behaved himself and was a perfect gentleman.

The Am-vets closed the doors at about 12-12:30am, I had a great time this year, the stress level was very low and we were able to enjoy ourselves a bit.

  20. Thank you Alter Boys for a grand show you put on by the sunny shores of
    Lake Cochituate.
The location is perfect for a nice laid back traditional style show.
The vendors, the food your hospitality, the tunes, and the entrant's rides are all top notch!
Looking forward to the next year, 10Th anniversary event.

That's a bold face lie if I've ever heard one, I've never know Greco to behave himself or be a perfect gentleman. He tried to give the Minister whiskey at my wedding. Tell that ******* that Derek back down south needs his new phone number, I miss that kid.

    Pitre,

Your very welcome, I figured the shade would be the best area for vendors.

Glad you had a good time.
