My engine threw a rod and now has a lovely hole in it. Anyone know of an engine for sale? Rebuilt or needs rebuilding.
Was it a 401, or a 425? I don't have one for you, but I'd like to know the size of the rod-thrower. -Brad

not the correct spot for this, cl***ified area . This thread may get deleted. Sorry I don't have engine for you. Intro ???
I dunno but I have a 390 horse 390 that needs a body if anyone has one. I don't care if you do an introduction or not. I used to care but I don't read them anymore and the truth be known if I said you were welcome here as is almost mandatory it wouldn't change anything. I'm just not that important. If you spend a little time skulking around maybe a day or two you'll find out who the nail head guys are. Another thing you might try is using the search function and search the cl***ifieds. There is no doubt someone who can use your cash as much as you can use their engine. Chocolate Jesus now that ads new meaning to the whole holy sacrament thing.
But did they actually put a nailhead in the Skylark series that year? Yes I know that 66 was the last year for the nailhead, but thought that was used in the senior cars only.
