Anything cool in Austin this weekend?

Me and the family ate going to be in Austin this weekend. 9/23,24,25,26/2010 I'm actually walking out the door in 10 minutes. We are attending a wedding Saturday.

Anything cool happening? Need something to do in my downtime.

 

the deuce reunion at the Hyatt lost pines near Bastrop. About 20 mins east of Austin

 

just check out S. congresss lots cool shops. Dont know what happen but thats the spot now.

The Meatheads are getting together at Red's Porch for Friday lunch...1.15...Red's porch is on south Lamar...near 71/290. Don't know what else...

 

Pecan Street Festival on 6th street. Not car related, but it is a good time. Lots of art, food, music and beer. I bet April May will be there selling photos.

 

Sharon Jones & the Dapkings are playing Friday night at La Zona Rosa. Hands down one of the best live acts in the country...

It looks like we are going to be a little busier than I thought. I going to try to go to Austin Speed Shop this morning. Still have never been there. Me and the the boy might just roam S Congress.

 

Stone River Boys at Continental Club Saturday night... helluva show.

 

I went by Austin Speed Shop and hung out with Rocco for a while. He showed me around. Those guys have a great setup and are a bunch of really nice guys.
