I have seen posted somewhere that you can make a windshield from a 53-54 chevy fit a 49-52 chevy. Is this true and if so what is involved in this swap. Need to hunt down gl*** for my 52 project and might know where to get gl*** from a 54.
Great question, would like to hear more on this. Wondering myself if I cut a 53-54 windshield down if it would fit my chopped 52.
I don't think a 53-54 is gonna fit. I think you're looking for an Oldsmobile one piece windshield. They will fit the same years respectively.

Thommyknocker that is a great post. I know of a few 53-54 chevy`s with gl***.This might be a plan for me. I planning a 4 inch chop so this will work for me.
