YOU DEEEEED IT CABRON!!! haha I saw it like 2 weeks before the show and it looked nothing like that. .Good job guys, lots of cool little mild custom subtle details. Its all about the 50's.
SWEET!! Watcha doin in all your spare time!! Man of steel, congrats on your GNRS projects, outstanding. Alright cl***, today we have a guest teacher, Mr Jimmy Vaughn, he will be telling you about his custom approach, "Less is More" Listen and watch carefully~Sololobo~
You are no stranger to hard work, once again it pays off! All the details are very cool, that is a really nice custom. Now go drive the wheels off of it & enjoy it. VERY NICE JOB! Sincerely, Cheatercarl
I thought i'd post a few updated photo's. Most know i built this car for my wife. Had MAJOR help from my brother Mark & Neighbor Bob on the electrical , and buddy "Vintage Hammer" Fabian ***isted on the tail lights, and i did the rest. All lights are now working like factory - even dome lights, under dash courtesy light, gauges, turn signals, etc. Grille and turn signal housings have been chromed. Took the picks to resemble Barris' old photo's. My awesome wife is ready to go . Take care,Axle
Thanks for the update mate. Great pic's and the car looks superb. This one looks downrite historical.
That is just so nice. The 52-54 Ford/Mercury's look so good as mild custom. With only a few mods done to them. And this one has all the mods done just so right. Personally I would have preferred a gloss paint job... but other than that... WOW Looking forward to see the car at the GNRS. Fantastic work done by Axle and the rest of the team responsible for Celeste here 1954 Ford. And the photos really make it look like the car just drove out of the mid 1950's...
Great lookin ride! I really like the stance of this thing. Ol' skool cool! Whats been done to the drive train? How much is it dropped? Perfect!
Axle, I've loved your car since the first time I saw the pics on here. The taillight treatment is 1st cl***. Of co****, I'm a little biased on the '54 Victoria!
Great lookin 54 Axle ! It's done just right, No trash or trinkets, just a clean smooth ride just as it might have looked in the late fifties, Beautiful job!
