I've got a pair of chrome reverse steelies in the rear and painted wheels up front. All four wheels were gold before I swapped tires. I will eventually have two more chrome steelies, but they're not exactly easy to come by in six lug. I may get the stock ones (now gold) chromed. But until then I'd like something that looks a little better.

So do you have any pics of silver painted steelies with wide whites?

    Here's my pile for reference...

That looks pretty good with the trim rings and caps.

I like the contrast of the gold and silver. I would leave it until you get the chromes.

This was that truck I was talking about. Doesn't replace chrome but gives a whole new look.

Maybe tomorrow when I finish uploading this latest rag. I've been working for 16hrs straight with the exception of dinner breaks and such. I'm trying to get some **** done for tomorrow's dead line. Every once in a while I have to take a minute or two and redirect my energy to places like the HAMB other wise I'll go crazy!!!!

Way back in the dark ages about 1966 I had a 55 Buick Special that I painted the wheels silver on and then put some beauty rings on. They would p*** the 50 ft test and didn't look all that bad.
