Ever since I was a wee little lad, there was only three cars I ever wanted when I figured out hot rods were cool.

-1948-52 Anglia G***er (My dad owned one but sold it before we came around)
    -1932 Ford 5 Window
    -1955 Chev 210

Can you guess which movie modelled my young mind, I watched a lot of american graffiti and two lane blacktop growing up.

Fast forward 6 years. Finally started working a bit through high school, My brother was 2 years older and bought a 56 chevy. Built it as a g***er/two lane tribute car, 454 tunnelram. He sold it though and used the money to put a down payment on a house lol. :p

And fast forward another 4 years and I finally brought home one of my original 3 cars...sortof.

A 1929 Ford Coupe. I've looked forever but this fell into my lap. Fibergl*** body though which I'm fine with, no rust to worry about but I know there'll be other stuff in the future. Came with a frame, and a mustang frontend welded in. Most likely gonna take the grinder to the frontend, or even ditch the whole frame havent decided. The rear has a single trailer spring which is gonna get taken off.

I dont plan on making it like John Milners car in american graffiti just a plain jane hotrod....my neighbor down the road builds superchargers though so I'm almost certain thats the route I'll be going. But I like to be different so I dont think a status quo blown sbc will be going in, rather do something different.

Also planning on putting a metal floor in and doing some re-inforcements.

Now I know fibergl*** bodies aint for everyone. If I could afford the same quality body in a real steel one, it would of been a lot more money then what I paid for this project, so I dont mind.

Yeah I've been trying to find the exact year. He said 1929 but I don't think he knew for sure may even be some mismatched parts or the fibergl*** company who made it didn't make it 100% accurate. The more I look at it, I can see 1930 there.
