Crestliner Trim?

    Does anyone know the info on the Crestliner like trim in the photo? Is it aftermarket?

    It came with my '50 shoebox. The picture is not of my car.

    I'm not up on those, but that car is a 51 ??

    Also, I recall seeing a junked Crestliner 40 years ago with that trim.

    That's the standard Crestliner trim from the factory.

    Is the Crestliner trim different from 50 to 51? I ask as I have seen them like those posted on Shoeboxford that have the half moon trim w/ no horizontal stock trim like in the pic above.

    I'm guessin this stuff is wrong though by how it ends on the front fenders.
