  10. This should be the cure for the 322ci with the 4" bore. I will still be running the 338ci Y this weekend but the intended motor will go back in soon.

Where did the copper gaskets come from ??

  14. I d love to come. Have a distant cousin who used to hold a FED dragster record in 70s but i have never met him.
Paul Dulmage. I think it was C/D I believe his is a Califorian.
I am loaded up to go this weekend. The ONDR guys (Ontario Nostalgia Drag Racers )are here for the weekend and there is always lots of neat stuff around. I was going to go down tonite to test and tune but the wind is so strong the for sale house signs are blowing straight horzontal. I made an exectutive decision the that much wind is not healthy to be racing in. Tomorrow daytime should be quieter.
Anyway I hope you have a great weekend with the 338. Since i built my little FED i have no idea why I ever had any other type of car.
All the best to all of you at Eagle Field this weekend. Wish i was closer. i suppose it is warm there too!

If I drive 26 miles at one spot in the road on the crest of the hill i can see some of the lights of Rochester. I am due north.
I have thought about it. My wife has family in Rochester and I have a brother and sister near Ogdensburg. As long as i can find the Crackerbarrels I am fine. Anyway this is mctims moment in the sun. I wish him well. What I like is he trys stuff. I really admire that in a racer. I watched his motor build from the begining. Saw he was more then just a weekender. Has a little experience and skill under his belt (actually from his machine work a lot.)and thinks things through while still pushing the envelope. Skill and determination coupled with hard work and imagination is a killer combo. My hat is off to him.

Adjusted the valves, cut six inches off the zoomies and made new fuel lines. Took him to the local A&W cruise night (bunch of SBC powered easter eggs there) and next week we will be going to Famoso for an ANRA event to see if he will p*** tech and hopefully make a couple of p***es. We are going to try the FoneBro live webcast again this weekend, following the HAMB Dragsters of Old6, Joe Roseberry and ours. We are also going to follow the Y-Block Dragster of Tim's as he gets Tech'd and hopefully runs. Show will start at 9AM and go off & on as the cars run. NitroMoon is also doing an event Webcast both Days, check ANRA,com for those details. If you'd like to follow our exploits click here-V
    http://www.fonebro.com/camapp/suite3PH5/myfonebrosuite.php
(do not cut and paste as the HAMB does not show the entire link)
and be our guest to follow the "show" by signing in as a customer using your first name only, this broadcast is live and UNRECORDED, hope to see ya Saturday. Rocky
