frame specs

hey guys I'm new here and have a question. I'm trying to purchase a 40 Ford truck frame missing but I have located a 50 Ford truck roller chassis will the two frames interchange or not?

 

Not easily -- depends on how much welding/cutting you want to do.

The '40 PU frame is the same as 35-40 Ford passenger car chassis. Later truck and car chassis are different. Do yourself a favor and hold out for the right chassis. Good luck!
