Hi Building a 32 Ford and wanting to put some lake style headers on it. Any one out there know of somebody making them. I am wanting to put baffels in them.

    highboy -

Don't mean to step on a fellow Hamber, but I checked out the "lakeheaders" site and didn't care for the way the three short pipes go straight into the tapered piece.

Speedway Motors (and probably others) sell finished or U-weld-um kits with pipes that curve before they meet the big pipe. Looks much nicer to my eye. An alternative to consider anyway.

  5. Go with Matts headers.

Did you really? I went on there and saw right off that you can get them swept. http://www.lakeheaders.com/custom_lake_headers.html :D

Call Matt and talk to him. He made a custom header for my banger. He will do whatever you want - you send dimensions and drawings - he makes it happen.

  14. I didn't see pricing for Matt's headers, but the Speedway kits are gravy, and are pretty cheap too. Depending on what engine you have.

  15. Millers Custom Exhaust in Corona Californikate did these and had em coated in titaninum.
