Its time for another HAMB raffle! Yep, heres your chance to contribute and it only costs $1.00. For those who havent been around for a raffle, heres how it works. Im going to start out with a few items Im donating, and Im asking for more..artists pinstripers cookie bakers or anyone can add something to the loot. Got an item you can do without but think someone else could use? Something you dont think is significant enough for an auction? Put up a picture and send the item to me, Ill add it to the stash. The more we get, the more someone wins! Now, the goal is for everyone to send at least $1.00. For every dollar you send, your name goes into the drawing for the loot. Send $20, youve entered 20 times. Now you can do this one of two ways put the cash in an envelope and send it to me or by PayPal (id Kustom52@aol.com Ill fill out a slip and drop it in the box for all the PayPal senders. At the end of three weeks, Ill have one of my kids draw a name out of the box and the lucky winner gets all the loot, which I will ship to them. And of course, all the proceeds raised go to feed this beast we all love so much. Upchuck,yep, got the loot....UPDATE...I changed the Paypal id to Kustom52@aol.com. I forgot that the other account was set up as a business account, and paypal was siphoning off 33 cents from a dollar donation...that just won't do. I think I can recieve up to $200 in the other account (with no fees) before I'm forced to upgrade it.. if I have problems with this we may have to go to a snail mail only deal...but we'll see. I'm using Norton Anti Virus, which shut me down from getting your list... said it is a "malicious" site. I tried again later, and it still won't load. Any other problems...or is my system set "too tight?"
Not sure why you can't see the list...it's just a .rtf file hosted on an aol server...yeah, the "aol" part may be the problem. Can anyone else see it? Now, time for me to preach....come on people. It's a dollar. You can't even buy a cold drink for that. Right now we have 6 , yes six entrants by paypal, and none by mail (or course I know some of you have said it was sent by mail, so I'm waiting). This is ridiculous. Yeah, I know it's going to run for two more weeks but 6???? We have as many people donating stuff as we do entrants! Ok, getting off soapbox now.
