Anyone know what these carps are off ?? What are a set of 4 worth.

The caps are 6 1/2 inches across??????? These are from an estate who knows what they fit??

 

Didn't Veda (my memory banks are balking at her last name) make some specialy caps like that?

Neet i grew up at ccca meets as a kid. Seems like i saw some on 30s cady not sure thou. At any rate they are a sweet find.
