1940 ford tube axle

I am wanting to give my 40 ford coupe a gasser look. Does anyone know who makes a tube axle that mounts to the ford stock cross spring configuration? Plus if anybody has picture of 40 ford gassers please post.

Just trying to think of how high up there it would be, driver would have a nice view of the hood.

 

37 Ford V8 60 will bolt right on.

 

Do you mean the stock 37 axle?
