So i am new here and find the info priceless. I am looking at this coupe and am pretty sure i am going to own it. It is chopped 4"? window frame doors and all are done. cab is really good and the cowl needs some work. floors need to come out. roof has been filled but then they cut in a sun roof? all fenders and running boards are perfect. frame is boxed, vega box, 4" drop axle, chevy 10 bolt. Comes with a clean NY ***le. I can have it for $7000.00 what does everyone think?

Honestly, sounds high too me? Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about but I'm thinking 4500 to 5000? Still like the car though! Good luck!:D

A little on the high side for me, but a nice coupe. This is what I started with 3-4 years ago and payed 2500 for the body only. Just remember it will take time and $$$$. Good luck. Robert

Thanks for the input guys. I know how much time and money would be involved as i have done a fewmustle cars. as for there being alot out there....i'm just not seeing it. Here in ny there is a lot of junk and rust. I was thinking $5500.00 or $6000.00 would be ok but i might be wrong.I was going to see if the guy wanted to keep the wheels tires fenders and boards as i'm looking at building a high boy anyway.

I think $6500.00 would be fair as long as yo can use the frame. I think the car is a great start.

For NY and a decent body. 5k is about right. For anything decent on that side of the coast you have to be willing to pay. As they are far and few between because of the winters and salt.
