Just picked up this tach at a swapmeet and was wondering if anyone had info on it? It's made by Medallion. Took it apart and found out that there is a black wire separated that was soldered to something just hanging. Was going to put it into my 65' Riviera if I get it fixed.

That is kick ***. Is it hood mounted? I would so run that on something. Never saw one like it before. Make me first on the list if you decide to sell it.

If it is a broken solder joint, you should be able to examine all the terminals, board solder points, etc and find where it separated from. Should be a simple fix even if you are not a "lectric guru".....

Thanks for the reply's, I don't think it's for the hood...it has a universal bracket on the back side not shown for dash or under dash.
