    another fine so. cal day!
thekid54 and I rolled into the park to find nothing, no one!
the area the BBQ was at last year was flooded.
FONZI waved us down and we waited at the entrance for others to arrive.
soon we met FKNPOZER, and PRAISETHELOWERED and RUSTYREDRAM.
then FOMOCO-MOFO, and a bunch of others.
we had no idea where the host ( LOWSPRINGS ) was set up so we started our BBQ right there near the entrance.
thekid54, praisethelowered and I went back into the park to look for LOWSPRINGS.
we found Dante ( LOWSPRINGS ) almost in tears 'cuze no one showed.
we told him "we'er all at the entrace waiting for you!"
so everyone pack-up and went into the park where Dante had a cool spot, it was a blast lots of cool HAMB'ers, cool cars and lots of food!
I also meet JD , DrJ, ALTEREDPILOT, 133, and , MYBEATUPFORD.
there were more guys and dolls, there, sorry I didn't met you all but it was a very good time!

Man, that was a blast. . tons of people . .

I didn't even get to meet half of them. . .

whose Hudson was that? what about the black t-bird? the white squarebird? the riv? that black ford custom with the red roof. . . i guess i didn't even get over to the mofo's side of the party, but they have some cool rides too.

there was some dude with a 235 powered modified that got lost in the great migration . . .the trail of beers . . . 5 miles through the park at idle with a hot barbeque in back

i loved the gold galaxie and the blacked out 59 wagon

there was also a lot of non-hambers it seems. . . that's cool too.

    next year for sure

    I'M STUPID

All week long I've been waiting for Sunday to come around.

So Sunday morning I get up and wash the car while the Mrs. cooks up the dish we're bringing. Just before it's time to leave I boot up the computer so I can get the directions to the park. THEN SOMETHING TERRIBLE HAPPENS....... I can't log on to the HAMB. I kept getting an error message. I tried and tried but nothing came up.

I know... I know.... I know. I should have taken the directions for the park way before but like I said.. I'M STUPID. Long story short. I missed the whole thing because I had no idea were I was supposed to go. I did try cruising down to LBC and driving around a few parks but I just couldn't find anybody.

ANYWAY. I'm glad you all had a good time. I'll look forward to meeting some of you at the next event.

  17. I didn't realize I was the only one who liked hard-top Falcons... not a single pic of my car. Trustme I was there; wife and kids in tow.
Good time guys, let's do it again soon. Only next time, I'll have my full body work done!
