What kind of wheels are on Ed Roth's Road Agent?

A friend of mine has a pair of 15x4 or 15x3.5 chrome steel slots like those. They came on a 32 Ford truck that was hot rodded in the 60's or 70's. They have kinda poor chrome though, would need to be rechromed. I'm sure he'd sell them if those are what you really want.
