Ive searched all over the HAMB, searched every thread related to Chevy 292 6-cylinders, looked through every photo in the six groups and have only seen a couple of cool, really original, creative motor mounts for this inline-6.

Can any of you guys help inspire me? I've been thinking of how these motor mounts are gonna look all summer and the time is here to actually make them and I'm stumped. I can make some that will work but since there will be a lot of open room in the engine compartment with this six in there I'd like them to be attractive. It's a 37 Chevy Pickup btw.

Any help out there? What if I promise to post some eye candy when I start to fab these things?

    Thanks,

If you use the older style engine mount brackets that came on the engine originally in a 64-72 truck, then you can make frame brackets that will work with the normal small block V8 mounts. The only weird thing is that one is offset forward.
