I have a 1954 Chevy 210 Post Car that I am swapping the frame on. I dont have a lift and need help on how to brace the body up off the existing frame to slide the new frame underneith it? Never done this before, so I am a little iffy without a lift.

One possibility.......First, remove the front 'clip' (front end sheet metal), then raise the car, by the chassis, with a floor jack and use jack stands and or 'cribbing' until you get the chassis bottom about two feet (or more) off the ground.

Then, making absolutely certain you have ALL body bolts, rear wheels/tires, wiring, steering column etc. loose or removed, support the body along the rocker sills, using boards lengthwise to spread the load the length of the sill, and lower the chassis with the floor jack, alternating front to rear 6" to 10" or so at a time, until the chassis is clear of the body. If you have something like furniture dollies under the chassis you can drag it out from under the body.

Reverse the process to install new chassis.......assuming it is like kind (i.e. also a '53/'54 Chev chassis.
