Hey folks, short intro here. My name is Pete, I'm a 50 year old, retired, disabled slot car racer that likes to do my modeling in the cars that ran the circle tracks in the mid to late 1970's. My chosen scale is HO but I have ran 1/32nd and 1/24th in my life too. Since April I've been working on my latest small oval, a 4' X 6' club layout based loosly on Fresno's old Kearney Speedway but with much different grandstands. We race the older design HO cars called Thunderjets with 1950's model bodies on them. Anyone interested in racing, drop me a PM and I'll see what I can do to make it happen!
