We are gonna be there the week of the 8th of November and would like to meet anyone that lives around there. BB
Bob - Beware of Corn Boy - he's extremely dangerous! FBI and CIA are both watching him - something about smuggling zoo animals into carnivals across state lines (they mentioned something about ties to NASA too, but I didn't understand it - I believe they were speaking in code). Might be best if you went south and stayed in Watts or Compton. Juarez is nice this time of year... I'm 15 miles north of Corn Boy, but unable to put you up, as I'm currently homeless myself. Writing this by candlelight (sterno, actually) in my dumpster. Have a nice trip! Scotty
I'm in Redding which is about 65 miles South on I-5, and Ashland is about 75 miles North on I-5. Kind of like 6 of one and half a dozen of the other.

Scotty Well CB you can't come to wiscowsin as we have a listing of all of the zoo anilmal abusers on the nationwide database. I hear that Texas doesn't subscribe to that list though, you might be safe there. Scotty, I don't need a place to stay we have taken our life savings and splurged on a real motel with indoor plumbing and everything.I wanna see a picture of your dumpster please. Actually I was looking for someone a little closer since I will be on crutches and not able to drive. Maggie don't wanna drive to far. BB
By coincidence, my handle says it all! Surprisingly there are several hotrodders in town, for a city of only 3,500 people. Mt Shasta Tire (how's that for a name) has a car show every summer and we have 30-40 local cars show up. A lot of them you never see except for a show, but a hand full of us drive them every chance we get. Hell, I even drive mine to the school to pick up my grand kids. PM me and I'll give you a phone #. I've lived here for 34 years, so I can give you a heads up on good places for breakfast and dinner.
Thanks for the info. Bobk. I'd hate to roll into Madison and think all is hunky dory. Maybe a little road trip South is in order? Mr. Jangle you still out there? Wanna' ride shotgun?
