If you get a orig ***le,which i have from 20's t0 30's and some others that went to junk yard years ago,will get you a license every time.These cars when to junk yard,if you bought a 20 or 30s with no ***le, there are no vin no. on car,these are gov issured ***le that are good and they accept them every time.I am now looking for a 31 ford cp ***le,orig.If you go the way they want you to go,it will be a big h***el,lot of time and money.I have never been worried about buying a old car without a ***le.A newer car i would not buy without a ***le.There are alot of crooks out there and the gov is the biggest.
