    from Colorado?

I was going to say the same thing. I reckon I should visit some time - to introduce myself. I tend to be a hermit, like everybody in Portland. I would like to get another look at your modified, and maybe Danno's and that other one that looks so good on this thread.

Suedesled, are you going to be at the Expo show on Sunday? Perhaps I could introduce myself then...

Anybody else in Portland going to the show Sunday?

I am in Portland, too - to return to the topic of the post. In the middle of everybody else, it sounds...

Is that at your new place in Lake Oswego? Or someplace else? I just saw your new address, and was going to try to swing by. Was that your red and white wagon I saw parked in front of Affordable Classics a couple weeks ago?

Yeah, I am in Lake Oswego now but the wagon was just one I worked on for a customer. I did drive it for a few days to make sure the bugs where gone. Car had an electrical gremlin.

Bainbridge Island. Quick access to the east side of the Olympic Peninsula. I can get to I-5 easily but I'm an hour or two away at best.

Hope to make the Hot-rod-a-rama this year.

If people can drive a couple hundred miles to attend, I'll try to be there.

I've been planning to put together a casual event here, not far from Seattle. I've got room to park 20 or 30 cars easy, and twice that with a little prep. I've warned my wife I'm planning to invite the HAMB crowd and the folk on the Chevy/GMC truck boards I hang out on.

Once I figure out when I'll say more.

I see a need for folks to get together in a casual way here. We tend to hybernate, especially in the winter.

Maybe we need to crash Dick's Burger or something on a Wednesday or whatever...traditional cruise nite !

Marty (suedsled) Good idea to meet at your place, we have to make the trip from up here as well.

    Let's keep these ideas coming...
