    One word: Hemi.

    :D

Okay, yeah, I was mostly kidding (but only mostly). I'd swap in either the 351 Ford with some sort of automatic trans or maybe, just maybe, some sort of slightly more recent inline six. Maybe a 225 slant six or something of a similar vintage from one of the other American auto companies. A 250 Chevy? A 232 or 258 AMC?

Just an odd thought or three from the weirdo corner of the junk yard.

find a slant 6 pick up engine or a 318 v8 and an automatic trans and make a daily shop car out of it

  3. put the 218 in it and cruise while you figger out what went wrong with the 230. Fix the 230 and re swap.

  4. paint the whole car black, drop in another engine and leave the car alone and it would be one bad *** white lightening transporting machine

I wish it was as simple as being on the wrong Coast. Try being on the wrong side of the world!! If that was in my neck of the woods, the ink wouldn't be dry on the Ad, before it'd be bought. I like the photoshop pic, looks pretty cool to me.
