Help! Need water pump for 60 caddy

The water pump on my 60 caddy is out and pushing water out the weep hole. Has anyone ever been successful rebuilding these. All the parts houses around here dont show anything older than 1963 for 390 motors. I dont know if they are the same. Is there a location to purchase one anywhere?

try the flying dutchman in Oregon....will put all new (modern) bearings in it and will back up his work...this is all he does....water pumps commercial and automotive....you wont be sorry....

 

Check ebay they sell them new with no core charge. I've used several of these with good results. Click the link.

got mine at "then & now automotive" in weymouth m***. gave them my core, got a new pump, cost about a hundred 20 bucks.

 

kanter carries the cadillac waterpump and all other pats

 

tons of NOS and rebuilds on eBay.....

 

the 63 390 is a totally different pump.
